J&L Fashion Trends is located in the United States.

At J&L Fashion Trends, we only collect the information necessary to fulfill orders.

To fulfill your order, you must provide J&L Fashion Trends with certain information, you authorized Etsy to provide to us, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and all the necessary information of the product you are ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional information (for a custom order of mugs or other personalized items, for example), if you contact me directly.

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

We gather your contact details because they are necessary to accept and process your orders, and to make sure you’ve got your packages.

Our store works with a number of printing partners/warehouses that help us provide the best service for you. We limit the data they can access to only what is necessary for them to perform their obligations.

✅ Payment services use your credit card number, your name and last name to verify and process your payments for our products
✅ Our manufacturers and stock keepers use the data of your order contents to assemble the necessary package for you
✅ Postal services use your first name, last name, and physical address to arrange the product delivery for you

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

How much does shipping cost?

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping for most of the items from our Fulfillment Centers using UPS, USPS and sometimes FedEx based on the product ordered and what shipping carrier our printing partners will use.

How long is the shipping?

It depends on the location. These are the estimates:


United States, Guam & Puerto Rico: 5-10 Business days
Canada, Europe 5-20 Business days
Australia, New Zealand 5-25 Business days
Central & South America 5-25 Business days
Asia 5-20 Business days
Africa 5-25 Business days
Max delivery time – 45 business days.

During peak seasonal months, orders are processed within 9-12 business days one average and ready for shipping.

Damaged & Incorrect Products or Prints

If you receive a damaged, broken product or noticed an incorrect print, or a problem (or the incorrect design), please contact us through your Etsy account within 72 hours or as soon as possible with a photo of the broke or incorrect product or print.
We are happy to replace them if they arrive broken, misprinted, or damaged in any way, or if our printing partner has sent you the wrong item.

You just need to let us know ASAP.

How can I track my parcel?

Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.

Can you ship my order to a business address?

Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.

Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?

It depends based on the items you order and which type of shipping carrier our printing partners are utilizing. Some orders may contain items that might be too large to be accepted by USPS and can only be shipped via FedEx that cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We usually suggest to use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the United States, and to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.

What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?

Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbor.
